ImmiGRATION JUDICIAL REVIEWS AND APPEALS to Federal Court & Supreme Court of Canada LAWYER

Often the most effective way to challenge an unfair immigration decision is simply to resubmit a new application to the government with better updated information. At other times, an appeal will be necessary to the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Occasionally, the only appropriate recourse will be a judicial review or appeal to the Federal Court or Federal Court of Appeal.

Failed judicial reviews or appeals can seek leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. We're one of the few immigration law firms in Canada with experience before the Supreme Court of Canada.

All Supreme Court of Canada appeals are heard in Ottawa. Federal Court cases can be filed in Ottawa even if originating elsewhere in Canada, and it may be easier to secure an early hearing date in Ottawa as all the judges reside there. Our offices are located in close proximity to the Nation's Capital.

Complex Immigration Application LAWYER

We especially solve inadmissibility issues for temporary or permanent residents through criminal rehabilitation applications, temporary residence permits, and other means including dealing with:

  • Criminal Inadmissibility to Canada
  • Medical Inadmissibility to Canada
  • Financial Inadmissibility to Canada
  • Misrepresentation Inadmissibility to Canada
  • Security Inadmissibility to Canada
